We can all agree with the fact that pancakes are delicious. Now, we can all agree with the fact that pancakes are healthy, hell YES!
I love making healthier versions of not-so-nutrient dishes – so I can eat more lol – and pancakes are one of my favorites.
This recipe requires 3 main ingredients; oats, eggs, and banana. Cinnamon is optional but highly recommended, 1) because it is delicious 2) because it is full of antioxidants.
So you got it, these healthy oatmeal banana pancakes are gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and bring a healthy amount of fibers, proteins, and vitamins. Yes, this could actually become your everyday breakfast!

Ingredients
For 6-8 pancakes
- 1 cup / 90g (gluten-free) oats
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp oil for cooking
- Toppings of choice (fruit, nuts, plant-based yogurt, maple syrup)
Instructions
Step 1
Start by grinding the oats on a blender to obtain oat flour.
Step 2
Then, add the bananas, eggs, and cinnamon, and mix everything together.
Step 3
Heat a non-stick pan with some oil to medium. With a spoon or ladle, pour some of the mixture to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side (or until golden-brown).
Step 4
Star over again with the remaining pancake mixture.
Step 5
Add your favorite toppings (fruit, nuts, plant-based yogurt, maple syrup) and enjoy right away!
